What is Online Shopping Namibia's satisfaction guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our top priority so all of our products are guaranteed to arrive safely or your money back!

All items are covered by a 5 day dead on arrival warranty. Most items are covered by a 90 day free defective replacement warranty and 150 day repair warranty. Most of our electronics are backed by a 1 year repair warrant - stated in item description.

What currency is the price in?

All price are in Namibian Dollar or South African Rand. You also have to option of changing the currency to US Dollar ($).

Are Payments secured?

Yes, All payments are made through Paypal and is encrypted. We do not accept/request any of your credit card details. You will be redirected to our Paypal Account where you will make payment though Paypal or our other secure payment gateways. Paypal protects both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent transactions. Our Paypal Account is in the name of Al Ameen Marketing which is our main company based in Cape Town, South Africa. You can be rest assured that your payments will be processed securely and your purchase be dispatched once payment has been cleared by Paypal - Guaranteed!

Is Shipping really FREE?

Yes, shipping is FREE on all products unless stated otherwise. There are other shipping methods offered on some of our products but you will have the option of opting for the FREE option or paid for service. All orders are shipped with tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Your order goes through several steps before reaching your door.  Here are those steps:

Holiday season orders can experience 2-3 week delays so please place your holiday orders early to avoid delays.

How are customs and taxes issues handled?

The customs and import issues including any taxes, tariffs and item seizures are the sole responsibility of the customers. Invoices are never included in the package. Invoice are sent on request - contact our sales team to forward you a invoice at sales@onlineshoppingnamibia.com or via our social media platforms eg. Facebook, Google+ or Twitter.

Regarding the package declaration, orders shipped with airmail use the product category for the description.

What is the RMA & returns procedure?

Please do not discard the mailing envelope and product packaging. Pictures of the proceeding items are needed when contacting Online Shopping Namibia. See our Delivery Info and Term & Conditions for more info regarding RMA.
